Argi ta Garbi (atg) was founded on October 22, 2002 with the aim of encouraging and developing renewable energies in the Basque Country and to offer a wide range of contrasted information for those deciding to install renewable energy systems.
atg first makes a clear statement that saving energy, energy efficiency, and renewable energy production are recommended formulas and beneficial for taking care of our planet and environment.
When deciding to use clean energies, atg collaborates in the appropriate installation, maintenance, and coordination of today's and tomorrow's users of renewable energy equipment. The association provides information on an independent basis regarding systems and equipment and advices those members who have problems with electric companies, town halls, administrative bodies, providers, and installers.
Argi ta Garbi works on a voluntary basis and can best be contacted through its web page http://www.argitagarbi.com/. The contact questionnaire is also available in English, but project examples and news are generally in Basque or Spanish language.
